Hello! I'm Debbie Agnew, owner, designer and instructor at Oak Blossom Custom Wreaths.
Together with my husband Tom, we own and operate our faith-based on-line business, Oak Blossom Custom Wreaths. We take pride in offering beautiful quality handmade floral wreaths and arrangements and we are dedicated to exceptional customer service.
Along with owning an on-line floral business, I also design for an upscale florist and an award-winning garden center.
I have over 30 years' experience in the floral design industry, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others so they can learn the art of floral design and experience the satisfaction of creating something beautiful. I have had the opportunity to teach a variety of designs through my on-line classes as well as in-person workshops. I have also been a featured designer on Living Dayton, a lifestyle program on our local TV station WDTN.

Curious To Learn
Throughout the year, we offer several on-line floral design trainings. During our on-line training classes, participants learn the process of creating a variety of faux floral designs from start to finish. Wreaths, arrangements, centerpieces and more.
